Young Professionals (BRAC International):
BRAC International is looking for highly qualified candidates interested to launch a professional career in development. After successful implementation in Bangladesh since 2008, the Young Professionals Programme (YPP) will debut internationally this year as a recruitment initiative for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates seeking a career with the world’s leading development organization. Graduates will train with a global group of recruits from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tanzania, Uganda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Liberia.
This graduate scheme includes:
· An initial six-month training on development programmes and management skills (both classroom and field-based) at BRAC headquarters and field operations in Bangladesh beginning October 2013.
· A following two-month training programme in Pakistan.
· Two-year field level deployment across different programmes in Pakistan.
On completion of field level assignments, YPs will have the opportunity to fast track their careers within BRAC International and be eligible for mid-level management positions at BRAC Pakistan
Entry Requirements:
· Applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above (in a scale of 4.0) or 4.5 and above (in a scale of 5.0) at undergraduate level from a reputed university. Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
